Bluegrass Muffler is equipped with the latest in mandrel bending technology, featuring a Pines #2 CNC mandrel bender from Pines Manufacturing. Our Pines #2 allows us to perform precise, repeatable bends of 180 degree. Our bender has undergone extensive upgrades, making it the most capable mandrel bender in the area, which allows us to bend up to 3.5" tubing, with accuracy of +/- 0.1 degrees. Aside from producing one-off exhaust systems

and custom parts, our equipment allows us to duplicate, in quantity, a large run of any

tubing part you may need duplicated.
