We like to use USPS for shipping as they generally tend to have the best rates for domestic shipping and are far cheaper for our international customers. If you prefer to use FedEx or UPS for any reason, please contact us for a shipping quote and to make arrangements.

To make a return, you must contact Bluegrass Muffler within five days of receiving your product and obtain a Return Authorization Number. As long as the returned merchandise is in its original condition, you will be refunded less shipping costs. In the event of a return, shipping back to Bluegrass Muffler is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds do no apply to custom part orders such as velocity stacks unless the parts are defective.
